The Research and Transfer Centre “Sustainable Development and Climate Change Management” at the Hamburg University of Applied Sciences (FTZ-NK/HAW Hamburg), warmly invites you to attend the “Online Information Session on Introducing Research Opportunities on Sustainable Development”. 

The event will be held on May 13th 2024 from 10:00 to 16:30 CET. It will be focused on opportunities in Europe, partnerships between Brazil and Germany and between European and North American universities, and opportunities across the world.

10:00-11:00 CET

Opportunities in Europe: The European School of Sustainability Science and Research (ESSSR) team will present a platform through which member universities can undertake more research and proposal writing on matters related to sustainable development in the European context.

11:30 to 12:30 CET

Opportunities across the World: the team of the Inter-University Sustainable Development Research Programme (IUSDRP) will present a platform through which member universities can undertake more research on matters related to sustainable development across the world.

13:30 to 14:30 CET

Opportunities between Brazil and Germany: the Germany-Brazilian Science and Technology Network (GERBRAS-SCIENCENET) will present a platform through which member universities could foster closer links in the field of science and technology between Brazil and Germany.

15:30 to 16:30 CET

Opportunities between European and North American Higher Education Institutions: the team of the European-North American Consortium for Sustainability Research (ENASRC), will present opportunities to foster cooperation between North American and European scientists and organisations on matters related to sustainable development.
